About the Role: As the Regional Sales Manager, you will serve as the commercial leader for your region, responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market adoption, and developing strategic relationships across hospitals, health systems, Cath labs, and physician practices. You will oversee key accounts, support complex clinical evaluations, and lead a network of independent sales representatives to accelerate growth across Nipro's vascular portfolio. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on field engagement and requires a strong player-coach mentality.
What You'll Do: Drive Regional Growth Own regional revenue performance and growth objectives across Nipro's vascular product portfolio. Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with national sales goals. Identify and engage priority health systems, IDNs, physician champions, and key decisionmakers. Drive product evaluations and convert opportunities into long-term utilization. Lead Key Account Strategy Build and maintain executive-level relationships with physicians, administrators, supply chain leaders, Cath lab managers, and value analysis committees. Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and account growth strategies. Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues and opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with interventional cardiology fellows and future physician leaders. Collaborate Across the Business Partner with Marketing to support educational programs, KOL engagement, and regional initiatives. Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to influence business strategy and product development. Leverage Data to Win Maintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasting, and sales activity reporting. Utilize analytics and dashboards to identify growth opportunities and improve performance. Deliver regular business reviews and strategic updates.

Qualifications: Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.8+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably within cardiovascular, vascular, or interventional markets. Demonstrated success selling into hospitals, Cath labs, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).Experience managing complex accounts, contract negotiations, and strategic customer relationships. Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop field-based sales teams. Strong business acumen and proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools. Preferred Experience with IVUS, imaging technologies, vessel preparation, coronary, peripheral, or other complex interventional technologies. Previous sales management or sales leadership experience. Established relationships within major cardiovascular centers and health systems.
