Business Analyst58+ years of Business Analyst experience within banking, financial services, or regulated environments.Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.Experience supporting marketing analytics, customer insights, reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics initiatives.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.Experience with requirements traceability, UAT coordination, process mapping, and business process improvement.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Experience working with compliance, governance, risk, or regulatory-driven initiatives is highly preferred.
