About the role
Parts Sales CoordinatorThe Parts Sales Coordinator position with work in partnership with the Parts Sales Representatives to support customer requests.Essential Functions:Perform order entry utilizing the ERP system and electronic processing tools.Update orders as needed.Maintain Ship Complete orders.Update customer third party order platforms and portals.Create Return Goods Authorization and manage customer returns for credit, repair, or warranty.Determine root cause of incorrect shipment issues and resolution. Create Quality Incident Reports.Update customer documentation with shipping information.Create credits and debits.Coordinate with internal departmentsProcess credit card purchases.Maintain records within the ERP system, CRM, and other documentation systems.Generate, prepare, and distribute reports.Perform other duties as assigned.Education & Experience:A high school diploma or equivalent is required.Administrative work experience is desired.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Demonstrated proficiency in MSOffice.Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.Competences:Customer Focus Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.Instills Trust Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.Drives Results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.Communicates Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.Optimizes Work Processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.Leadership Responsibility:This position does not directly lead other team members.Work Environment/Physical Demands:Typically sits, grasps items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computerStand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about occasionallyLift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 30 lbs. occasionallyOccasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazardsTravel by air or car occasionallyThis job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by team members within this classification.
