Job OverviewAre you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment? Responsive Answering is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join the team. This is a full-time, work from home position and you'll handle high volumes of customer calls, providing product and service information, following instructions, and procedures, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer relationships through active listening and problem‑solving skills.Responsibilities* Manage high call volumes from inbound phone traffic. * Follow company policies and procedures to handle calls efficiently and professionally. * Achieve member engagement targets by adhering to departmental guidelines. * Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues following company standards. * Multitask across several applications in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.Qualifications* High school diploma or GED. * Customer Representative experience preferred but not required. * Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems. * Windows computer and headset (Computer specifications: CPU: Intel Core i3/i5 or equivalent to AMD Ryzen 3 or 5; RAM: 8GB expandable up to 16GB; OS: Windows 10-11; Storage: 250/500GB, preferably SSD; Able to connect to Ethernet). * Energy and Internet stability (At least 50Mbps internet speed). * Ability to work a fixed full‑time schedule with reliability.
