About the role

Recycling / Tow Motor Operator We are seeking a dependable Recycling / Tow Motor Operator to support our production operations on 2nd Shift. This position is responsible for safely operating a tow motor, including using the gears/controls, to collect, transport, and dump scrap and recyclable materials throughout the facility.
Work Schedule: 2nd Shift: 4:30pm to 3:00am, Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime on Fridays.
Duties & Responsibilities: Safely operate a tow motor and properly use its gears and controls. Collect scrap and recyclable materials from production work cells. Transport and dump materials into designated recycling containers. Move plastic totes and materials as needed. Safely navigate tight spaces and active production areas. Keep the recycling area and surrounding work areas clean and organized. Follow all forklift and facility safety procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Previous tow motor/forklift experience preferred. Experience operating a tow motor with manual gear controls is a plus. Strong safety awareness. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Strong work ethic and reliable attendance. Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift.
