This is a tremendous opportunity to be impactful in the market, and have a voice in the direction of this 30-year old Importer (and now NY/NJ distributor). French & Italian wines only. Iconic brands. We are relatively new to the NY distribution scene, but our brands have been here for decades. After 30 years we decided to make our own mark. We are a small, but mighty team looking to add a top tier salesperson. This is a career move and not just about moving a box of wine. The MUST HAVES are:* A sales pro with previous distribution experience. Period. Please don't apply unless you have worked in NY/NJ distribution *New York Metro based Have contacts and relationships in the market. Experienced & strategic (knowledge of the local industry is a must).Are comfortable taking about/presenting Premium and Ultra-Premium wines in the market in addition to driver wines. A person of integrity -- personally and professionally. A storyteller & communicator. A relationship builder. Motivated and self-competitive. Possess a strong knowledge of French and Italian wines, regions and varietals. Loyal to yourself, your vignerons, and your clients. A tenacious hustler.
