- Operate hand, power, and manufacturing equipment
- Read work instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Inspect and measure parts for quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work independently and as part of a team What We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing, assembly, or composite experience is a plus
- Basic math and English reading/writing skills
- Comfortable using measuring tools
- Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand/bend for extended periods
- Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn
