About the role

The Marzetti Company seeks a capable shift supervisor to lead processing, packaging and material handling on a designated shift in a safe, efficient manner. You will direct a team, monitor production targets and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced bakery environment. Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, performance coaching and coordinating with other departments to maintain flow and inventory control across Allen and Quality Bakery plants.
