A leading private credit firm is seeking an experienced tax professional to join at a leadership capacity. This is a rare opportunity to build and establish the tax framework supporting new funds, investments and operating structures as the function scales. The role sits closely with investment teams and senior leadership, combining technical ownership with meaningful commercial influence across deal structuring, fund design, compliance, reporting and tax infrastructure. You will partner directly with portfolio managers, investment professionals, Legal and external counsel on deal-level structuring and execution, while building scalable tax processes and technology that improve data quality, automate workflows and reduce manual intervention. Who this suitsCPA with 8+ years of U.S. tax experience Significant experience in private credit, private equity or alternative investment funds Strong knowledge of partnership and corporate fund structures Experience spanning both fund tax compliance and transaction-related tax matters Someone who enjoys building infrastructure, solving complex problems and creating processes that scale This is an opportunity to build upon existing tax capabilities supporting one of the most significant private credit platforms in the market.
