Job DescriptionProject ManagerThe Project Manager manages client projects in a timely manner.Petrus Countertop & RemodelingWe are a family-owned business within the Countertop and Natural Stone industry. We work hard to provide great service to our clients and are currently seeking a like-minded team member.Daily Responsibilities:Work directly with clients in responding to any questions/concerns in a timely mannerMeet with clients and assist in their material selectionSet deadlines, assign responsibilities of subcontractors/vendors, and continually monitor and summarize progress of projects to ensure that all projects are completed on timeMaintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track projectsPerform risk management to minimize project risksCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationCoordinate with the estimator to collect project details and clarify specific details of each projectCoordinate material ordering, if applicable, for each client projectRequirements:Proven working experience in project managementIdeally possess 2-4 years of experience in the countertop field and familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and proceduresExperience in calculating measurements and pricing based on the project's drawingsExperience in client interaction and communicating well with staff membersSolid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skillsAdditional Qualifications:Proficient in Social Media, Warehouse Software, Grasshopper, and/or Microsoft OfficeFluent in Spanish (Optional)BenefitsCompetitive Pay + CommissionPaid TrainingIRAPTOPaid HolidayPaid Vacation\nCompany DescriptionPetrus Inc. is a company built on the principles of hard work, honesty, and integrity.
