About the role

Location: Pittsburgh, PAWe are looking for a Financial Operations Analyst to provide support to our Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) clients with brokerage account services and assistance navigating platform tools. RIAs are fiduciary firms that deliver investment advice and are obligated to act in their clients’ best interests. This position is well-suited for an individual who excels in a client-focused financial services setting and takes pride in resolving detailed requests with accuracy, professionalism, and care. In this role, you will act as a primary contact for existing RIA clients, supporting new account setups, fund transfers, and ongoing account servicing. Responsibilities include responding to phone and email inquiries, sometimes over the course of several days, to ensure each matter is fully resolved while maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities: Support Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) clients with new brokerage account openings, fund transfer processing, and maintenance of current accounts Respond to inbound phone calls and email requests from existing clients in a timely and professional manner Assist clients in navigating brokerage platforms and online tools to ensure proper usage and issue resolution Oversee multiple active client cases at once with strong attention to organization, follow-up, and accurate documentation Develop trusted client relationships through clear, patient, and service-focused communication
Qualifications: Education or professional background in Financial Services (brokerage, securities, or retail banking preferred)Strong analytical abilities and capability to manage complex situations Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage a high volume of phone and email interactions Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Preferred Experience: Experience within the brokerage or securities industry Previous experience supporting Independent RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) firms Knowledge of new account processing and account transfers Background in retail banking or trust banking environments
