About the role

SMARTECH-CSI.com is seeking experienced IT Break/Fix Hardware Technicians to provide onsite troubleshooting, repair, and equipment replacement in Prescott, AZ and surrounding areas. This is a 1099 independent contractor role requiring reliable transportation, ability to travel up to 200 miles, and strong customer-service skills. You will diagnose hardware issues, swap parts, perform upgrades, document work, and follow all policies and procedures while delivering professional service.
