About the role

Pharos is seeking a Director of Product Management (Security) to own the full loop from thesis to revenue in a US remote role. You will define the buyer, shape the offering, and drive the go-to-market motion to scale pilots into a repeatable business. You’ll work closely with Engineering and customers, delivering fast, practical solutions with a hands-on approach. You’ll report directly to the CEO, building the function from the ground up in a fast-paced, security-focused print management
