Role Description: The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. This position oversees the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, support managers with talent development and workforce planning, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves maintaining HR records, managing benefits and compensation processes in coordination with corporate guidelines, and leading HR initiatives that align with business goals. This role requires close collaboration with leadership and staff to ensure consistent HR practices and effective communication across the organization.
Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace policies and procedures. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels. Experience with HR information systems (HRIS), data management, and basic HR analytics for reporting and decision-making. Proven ability to design and implement training, development, and engagement initiatives that support organizational culture and retention. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus. Previous experience in a managerial or lead HR role, preferably within consulting, professional services, or similar environments. Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, with strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
