Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain inserter machines efficiently during the 2nd shift.
Ensure all materials are correctly loaded and aligned for smooth operation.
Monitor machine performance and promptly address any issues.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to keep machines in top condition.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Keep accurate records of production output and any machine malfunctions.
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
