This individual will play a critical role in driving delivery across a complex set of technology initiatives, with a particular focus on stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and prioritization across teams.The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can bring structure and transparency to fast-moving, cross-functional work. They will work closely with technology leadership, developers, researchers, trading, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are clearly prioritized, dependencies are actively managed, and progress is communicated effectively at all levels of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end project execution across the Systematic Technology organization, ensuring initiatives are well-defined, appropriately prioritized, and delivered effectively.Build strong relationships across teams to align on objectives, timelines, ownership, and expected outcomes.Lead stakeholder communication by providing clear, concise, and regular updates on project status, key decisions, risks, dependencies, and changes in priority.Facilitate discussions across cross-functional groups to resolve ambiguity, surface trade-offs, and drive decisions in a timely manner.Partner with leadership to support prioritization across multiple competing initiatives, ensuring resources are focused on the highest-impact work.Track and manage interdependencies across projects and teams, identifying risks early and escalating issues where needed.Create and maintain project plans, action trackers, RAID logs, governance materials, and status dashboards to improve transparency and accountability.Help teams stay aligned and focused by clarifying next steps, following up on deliverables, and driving execution against agreed plans.Support portfolio-level visibility into delivery, priorities, and capacity across the Systematic Technology function.Improve project governance, communication routines, and execution processes to enable more effective collaboration across stakeholders.Required Qualifications5+ years of project or program management experience in a technology-driven environment.Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility, influence outcomes, and maintain alignment across diverse groups.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering clear status updates and executive-ready summaries.Strong experience in prioritization, including balancing strategic goals, urgent business needs, technical dependencies, and team capacity.Proven ability to organize ambiguous work, bring structure to complex programs, and drive follow-through across teams.Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery practices, and technology organizations.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Preferred QualificationsExperience in financial services, hedge funds, systematic investing, or front-office technology environments.Familiarity with systematic trading, quantitative research platforms, market data systems, or related workflows.Experience supporting senior technology leaders with planning, prioritization, and cross-team coordination.Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project reporting/dashboard tools.PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification is a plus.
