Overnight Cashier

About the Role: 7-Eleven in Pflugerville is hiring Overnight Cashiers to support store operations during late-night hours. This customer-facing role includes handling transactions, stocking, food preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment. We are consistently hiring for evening and overnight shifts as part of our ongoing staffing needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours.

What You'll Do: Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service. Operate the POS system and process fuel and cash transactions. Promote rewards and loyalty programs. Prepare food and beverages in accordance with company standards. Maintain clean restrooms, pump stations, and store areas. Stock and organize shelves and coolers. Follow all food safety and health guidelines.

What We're Looking For: Must meet minimum age requirements as required by Texas law for the sale of alcohol and tobacco products. Reliable and consistent attendance. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Prior cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the store. Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical job duties throughout the duration of the shift.
