About the role

Hard Rock Cafe International (Orlando) Inc is seeking Hard Rock Live Hosts to provide excellent guest service at events. You will seat guests, resolve ticketing issues, and assist with venue setup and breakdown, while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. English reading/writing skills and strong communication are essential for success in this role.
