- Engage with the public in a professional, friendly, and informative manner
- Educate individuals on each organization’s mission, programs, and impact
- Guide supporters through the donation and sign-up process
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
- Track engagement and donation activity during events
- Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, and event coordination
- Collaborate with a motivated, purpose-driven team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing and confident speaking with new people
- Passion for community impact and charitable causes
- Coachable with a willingness to learn
- Reliable and professional work ethic
- No prior experience required — full paid training provided
- Background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or volunteering is a plus
What We Offer:
- Paid training and hands-on mentorship
- Performance-based compensation tied to the support you generate
- Clear advancement opportunities into leadership and event management roles

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
