About the role

Senior Wealth Advisor – Multi-Family OfficeAbout the Opportunity A premier, rapidly growing Multi-Family Office is seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor to join its team. This is a unique opportunity for an Advisor with an established client base to transition into a high-caliber firm that offers the depth, resources, and holistic service platform of a top-tier wealth management organization. This firm specializes in advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and their enterprises, delivering comprehensive services that go beyond investment management. Advisors here collaborate across disciplines — investment strategy, tax and estate planning, philanthropic advisory, and family governance — to provide a true family office experience for clients.
The Role: We are looking for an Advisor with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and ideally the ability to transition client relationships to this platform. While an existing book of business is highly valued, this role also offers: A competitive base salary plus upside in performance-based compensation. The potential for equity ownership as the firm continues to grow. Clear succession planning opportunities to inherit and lead client relationships over time. A path to leadership responsibilities within the advisory team. Advisors will be supported by a dedicated platform that includes family office services, in-house specialists, and a collaborative team environment designed to help you serve clients at the highest level.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive wealth management and holistic planning services to ultra-high-net-worth clients. Advise on investment strategy, estate planning, philanthropy, and multi-generational family needs. Transition client relationships to the firm, leveraging its expanded platform and resources. Partner with internal specialists to deliver an integrated family office experience. Serve as a trusted relationship manager, acting as the central advisor for clients and their families. Contribute to the growth and direction of the firm through leadership and potential equity participation.
Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a Wealth Advisor, Private Banker, or in a related advisory role. Strong track record of developing and maintaining UHNW client relationships. Ability to transition an existing client base is highly preferred. Deep understanding of investment management, estate/tax planning concepts, and holistic wealth planning. Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills. CFP, CFA, JD, or other advanced credentials preferred. Why This Firm? A collaborative, team-first culture with no silos. Access to a broad family office platform — investments, planning, governance, philanthropy. Leadership and equity opportunities not typically offered at larger institutions. The chance to be part of a growing, entrepreneurial, top-tier Multi-Family Office that values long-term partnerships with its advisors and clients.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
