About the role
Job Description:
The Shift Lead supervises retail associates in a liquor store, coordinating daily operations and maintaining focus on inventory and fulfillment, production and throughput, customer service and sales, and safety and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate shift activities and supervise retail associates. Complete opening and closing procedures. Deliver excellent customer service and support sales. Conduct inventory checks and support inventory fulfillment. Monitor production and throughput during each shift. Resolve operational and customer issues. Maintain safety and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in leadership roles. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with staff scheduling and point-of-sale systems. Knowledge of cash reconciliation and inventory management. Customer service and conflict resolution skills. Team leadership and communication skills.
