Responsibilities:
Lead quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Investigate quality concerns using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Support and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS).Lead CAPA, NCR, and customer quality investigations.
Conduct PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, Gage R&R, and process capability studies.
Support new product launches (NPI), PPAP, validation activities, and process improvements.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and Production teams.
Participate in internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.5+ years of Quality Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, or similar quality systems.
Knowledge of CAPA, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement.
Experience working with cross-functional manufacturing teams.
Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Medical device, plastics, machining, automotive, consumer products, or food manufacturing experience is welcomed.
