About the role
We're an AI-native fintech just closed a $25M Series A changing how wealth management, tax, and estate planning teams work. Hiring our second BDR — our founding BDR joined 12 months ago and was recently promoted into a full-cycle closing role. So if you’re looking for a BDR seat where you can build pipeline, work directly with senior leadership, and have a real path into an AE role, this is it. The Company Building AI-native infrastructure for the private client services market, helping wealth managers, private banks, trust companies, tax advisors, and law firms handle complex wealth transfer and estate planning work. Our customers include leading firms across the wealth management, tax, and legal ecosystems, and they’ve built significant traction in a market that has historically been underserved by modern technology.
The Role: You’ll work closely with the commercial team and company leadership to:
- Build pipeline through targeted research, cold outreach, networking, and creative prospecting
- Engage senior decision-makers across wealth management, tax, trust, and legal
- Learn a complex product and become an expert in the problems it solves
- Qualify opportunities and help shape messaging based on what you’re hearing from the market
- Partner with marketing and sales to test new ways of generating demand
- Help refine the playbook for the next wave of BDR hires
- And importantly: this is a role designed to develop into a closing seat.
- The first BDR made that jump after 12 months. The expectation isn’t that you’ll sit in an SDR seat indefinitely.
- What We’re Looking For1–3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into financial services, wealth management, legal, or another complex industry
- Someone who genuinely enjoys outbound and isn’t afraid of a cold call
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with senior-level prospects
- High agency — you can take an objective and figure out how to get there without needing a play-by-play
- Someone who wants to join early enough to have a meaningful impact on how the GTM motion gets built
