About the role
Vice President of SalesAbout the CompanyReputable provider of automated communication & voice solutionsIndustryComputer SoftwareTypePrivately HeldEmployees11-50About the RoleThe Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to take on a pivotal role in leading and expanding the new-logo engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving net new acquisition, with a focus on the US market, and will play a key part in the go-to-market strategy for the company's next-generation platform. This is a player-coach position, where the VP of Sales will be expected to be hands-on, carrying a sales quota, coaching the team, and directly involved in closing deals. The role demands a leader who can build a repeatable new-logo machine, scale the sales team, and is comfortable in a lean, capital-disciplined environment. Experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in building new-logo pipeline, and a strong command of a structured sales process with accurate forecasting are essential. Familiarity with AI-augmented sales motions and a background in selling to operations, HR, or workforce management buyers, particularly in the healthcare or manufacturing domain, is highly valued. The ideal candidate for the VP of Sales position at the company will have a proven track record of at least 7 years in B2B SaaS sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership role. The focus of the role is on new-logo bookings, full-cycle pipeline generation, and direct coaching of account executives. The VP of Sales will be instrumental in the design of compensation plans, quota setting, and will work closely with the CEO to shape the sales strategy. The near-term mandate is US new-logo growth, but the role also offers the opportunity to influence and lead expansion into international markets. The company is looking for a leader who is adept at working with a modern, AI-augmented sales motion and is eager to push the boundaries of AI in the sales process.Hiring Manager TitleCEOFunctionsSales/Revenue
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
