About the role

Alpha School is hiring a Director of Client Relations to be the visible parent-and-guide leader on a California campus, supporting families and guides with clear decisions and trusted relationships. You will engage with families at drop-offs, handle sensitive student situations, and defend the AI-powered learning model to families. Expect to own campus relationships, lead difficult conversations, and partner with guides to ensure retention, referrals, and community trust across campus growth
