About the role
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field 5-10 years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience managing real estate transactions, lease negotiations, and property portfolio activities
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, legal terms, and transaction processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Experience supporting federal real estate programs or government property portfolios
- Strong background in lease negotiation and complex transaction structuring
- Familiarity with environmental compliance requirements related to real estate acquisition and disposition
- Proven ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize real estate asset performance
