Hiring: Client Service Director | Medical Communications Are you a senior client services leader with a strong background in medical communications and a passion for building trusted client partnerships, developing teams, and driving business growth? We’re partnering with an innovative healthcare agency looking for a Client Service Director to join its leadership team and play a key role in shaping client strategy, account growth, and agency success.
What you’ll be doing: Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, becoming a trusted strategic partner and advisor Leverage deep scientific, commercial, and medical communications expertise across therapeutic areas and medical education tactics Lead multiple accounts, driving strategic planning, organic growth, and new business opportunities Own account financials, forecasting, revenue targets, resourcing, and overall business performance Provide strategic and operational leadership across account teams and ensure high-quality project delivery Lead, coach, and mentor teams while supporting career development and building a strong collaborative culture Partner with Scientific, Creative, Digital, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions Bring fresh ideas and forward-thinking approaches to evolve the agency’s offering and identify new opportunities
What we’re looking for: Extensive experience within Medical Communications Proven success leading multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment Strong understanding of pharma, therapeutic areas, medical education, and the competitive landscape Demonstrated experience driving organic growth and new business Strong financial, forecasting, project management, and strategic planning skills Exceptional senior-level client relationship and problem-solving skills Proven people leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience Experience collaborating across Scientific Services, Creative, Digital, and other agency functions
