About the role

Spokane, WA — Zohorecruit seeks a Foundry Engineering Manager to be the foundry’s primary technical problem solver. This hands-on role focuses on reducing scrap, improving casting quality, and increasing throughput across molding, melting, and finishing. You will lead the pattern shop and foundry engineering function and advise department managers and senior leadership. This position centers on root-cause problem solving and process improvement; it is not a quality-systems or QMS administration
