Responsibilities:
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, assessments, background checks, and onboarding.
Manage applicant tracking systems, recruitment data, timelines, reports, and candidate records.
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, search firms, and external job platforms throughout the hiring process.
Support HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding, employee records, trainings, meetings, invoices, and HR projects.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and provide general administrative and project support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Outlook and Excel, as well as ZoomHighly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals, deadlines, and performance targets
