Full TimeIrvine or Corona CAPosted 7 hours ago Our client, a Large Independent Regional Insurance Broker is seeking a P&C Claims Manager/Claims Advocate
Location:
In-Office 3 days per week in Irvine or CoronaThis role will lead a claims team that assists clients when they experience a loss, such as property damage, an accident, or another event covered by insurance. The manager oversees claims from the time they are reported through resolution, helps with difficult or high-value situations, works with insurance companies and other parties to resolve issues, and ensures the Claims team provides responsive and effective support to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience within a retail insurance brokerage environment preferred but will consider someone from carrier or claims organization
- Supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of E&O risk management principles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience will be considered
- Property & Casualty License highly preferred
- Professional insurance or claims designations a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience with agency management and claims management systems preferred
