About the role
- Data Entry & Management (Primary Function)
- Perform high-volume, repetitive data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Enter participant information, program activities, and outcomes into designated systems
- Maintain and update records in accordance with program requirements
- Review data for completeness and accuracy, correcting discrepancies as needed
- Ensure all data is entered in a timely manner to support reporting deadlines
- Data Integrity & Compliance
- Follow established data entry protocols and documentation standards
- Maintain confidentiality of participant and program information
- Support compliance with internal and external reporting requirements
- Team Collaboration & Learning (Developmental Component)
- Participate in meetings with internal data teams and program staff
- Gain understanding of client tracking systems and workflows
- Learn how workforce programs integrate across services
- Support cross-functional data alignment efforts as appropriate
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently and efficiently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or data systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Up to 30 hours.
