Woodford Oil Company is currently looking for a General Office / Customer Service / Billing Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office tasks. This person should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities Perform daily work in ways that optimizes efficiency
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Maintain trusting relationship with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Perform counter sales and help with walk-in customer service when necessary
Collect all information needed to enter and calculate invoices
Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final invoice
Receive and Assist with inbound call traffic, emails, or other forms of communication with customers and co-workers
Requirements Must be able to work amicably with other assistants, office assistants, virtual assistants, billing clerks or general accounting staff
Knowledge of MAC computer systems
Working knowledge of general office equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to lift 50 pounds
High School diploma.....Further education will be a plus
Efficient with Microsoft Office 365 products including Excel, Word and Outlook
