About the role

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Quality Leadership professional to drive the plant's quality management systems, lead cross-functional teams and suppliers, and mentor engineers and technicians. You will plan audits, manage corrective actions, and guide training on quality tools such as SPC, DOE, and ISO practices, with a focus on real-time data analytics and cost of quality. Strong leadership, manufacturing QA experience, and a BS in Engineering are required; experience in metal fabrication/forging
