About the role
Leading strategic enterprise sales for large grocery retailers, the full-time Sales Director, Grocery Retail will manage the full sales cycle, develop executive-level relationships, and shape sales strategy while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and prioritize high-value grocery targets, developing tailored account penetration strategies
Lead discovery sessions addressing grocery operational challenges and translate them into quantifiable business cases
Drive long sales cycles, navigating complex stakeholder environments to close large enterprise deals Required qualifications 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in grocery retail or related sectors
Proven track record of closing complex, six- and seven-figure deals with major enterprise retailers
Deep understanding of grocery operations, merchandising, and store execution
Established network of C-suite and VP-level decision-makers in the grocery sector
Strong executive presence and polished communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders
