Job DescriptionJohnson Service Group is a nationwide staffing company looking for a CI Manager with 7-10 years' experience working with various departments to implement BI dashboards and KPI definitions that are standardized and data integrity is maintained. Must have strong Lean Manufacturing. Six Sigma Black Belt preferred. This is a Direct hire and on-site job in the Oxnard, CA area for an Aircraft company.Candidates must currently reside in the local area and be able to reliably commute to Oxnard, CA. This role is not eligible for remote work or relocation.Salary: $121,432-202,388 per year DOEPosition SummaryThe Continuous Improvement Manager is the site level) and is accountable for driving measurable customer satisfaction, operational and financial performance improvement. This role leads to the deployment, governance, and sustainment of company's elements across the site, with primary focus on cost productivity, KPI performance improvement, and disciplined execution. The position partners with all functional leaders to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and People metrics.Core ResponsibilitiesOwn deployment, execution, and sustainment of all company's elements at the site, including:Tiered Daily Management BoardsKPI architecture and performance dashboardsKaizen events and structured improvement initiativesCost savings pipeline and validation trackingMonthly KPI performance reviewsParticipation and preparation for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs)Visual Management systems maturity assessments roadmap execution aligned to enterprise priorities2. Cost Productivity & Financial ImpactLead and facilitate site-wide cost productivity initiativesDevelop and maintain cost savings pipelinePartner with Finance to quantify and validate savings impact to the P&LAccountable for delivering measurable financial impact tied to site targets.3. KPI Performance LeadershipEnsure KPI definitions are standardized and data integrity is maintainedDrive implementation of effective countermeasuresAlign daily management systems to strategic performance objectivesEnsure consistency between daily boards, monthly reviews, and MBR outcomes4. Project & Improvement ExecutionLead cross-functional improvement initiatives from problem definition through sustainmentApply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies including DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, Line Balancing, and Visual Management where applicableEnsure improvements are sustained through governance, controls, and follow-up audits5. Cultural & Leadership InfluenceAct as the site change agent for operational performance disciplineInfluence and challenge functional leaders to improve measurable resultsBuild internal problem-solving capability across the organizationPromote data-driven decision making and accountabilityMaintain strong presence within operational areas to support execution6.
