About the role
CSL Vifor is seeking an Associate Director, Procurement Enablement for Responsible Procurement, Governance and Talent Development. This role strengthens governance foundations across ESPM and reports to the Director, driving policy design, ESG delivery, and learning programs.
In partnership with the CPO and HR, you will design a Procurement Academy, establish competency frameworks, and lead cross-functional change across a global organization.
