Call Center RepresentativeStorti Quality provides critical infrastructure and inspection services to major utilities throughout the U.S. The Call Center Rep will be responsible for working in our Bloomington, Minnesota call center that helps with scheduling and record keeping of customer appointments. (Magnolia River) was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Decatur, Alabama. Magnolia River is an engineering, inspection, GIS, software, and consulting company focused on the utilities, oil and gas, water, and pipeline infrastructure industries.Compensation for this role is $20/hr. This role does not offer remote work.Responsibilities of the Call Center Rep:Answer inbound calls from customers looking to schedule appointments.Make outbound calls to set up appointments.Responds to customer requests within established timelines in order to maintain service level expectations and deliver quality service to customers.Accurately track scheduling information on Excel Spreadsheets.Communicate with service technicians to ensure they arrive at proper location to perform work.Maintains confidentiality of customer's nonpublic information.Provides written and verbal responses to customer inquiries as needed.Additional job duties as assigned.
