Pay: $40-$60/hour + Overtime Per Diem: Lodging + $75/day Duration: 6-month contract to hire Required Skills & Experience• Current New Mexico ES-7J Journeyman Electrical License (Required).• Experience performing commercial or industrial electrical work.• Ability to read electrical schematics and construction drawings.• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and project-based schedules as needed.• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Journeyman Electrician holding a valid New Mexico ES-7J License to support large-scale data center construction projects throughout New Mexico. This role will be responsible for installing, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems in mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background, enjoys working in fast-paced construction settings, and is committed to delivering high-quality work while maintaining strict safety standards.
