About the role

The Biscuit Lady is currently seeking an experienced BOH team member to join our busy culinary team! This position will consist of biscuit dough mixing, cutting biscuits and monitoring the oven for accurate product results.

Requirements:

Experience in a commercial kitchen (at least one year)
Excellent time management skills
The ability to work independently and meet production goals Positive attitude
