Assist in loading/unloading of trucks, palletizing and wrapping loads, checking off shipments and kanban sorting.2.Responsible to oversee and audit Team Members performance of their jobs in accordance to standardized work instructions.3.Assist in the identification of potential problems or abnormal conditions and assist in the establishment of countermeasures and corrective actions. Involvement in departmental Kaizen activities.4.Review and maintain work instructions. Assist in updates and development of new instructions as required.5.Assist with the development of work instructions and training for implementation of New Systems.6.Assist in the training of new Team Members.7.Ensure EMS/QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties.8.Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
