About the role
Our client is seeking a reliable Freezer Warehouse Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and organizing frozen products in a cold storage environment while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety at all times. Forklift experience/loading and unloading trucks is required. The position is on the bus line!
Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, pack, and stage frozen products for customer orders.
Load and unload trucks using manual or powered equipment.
Maintain organization and cleanliness in the freezer and warehouse areas.
Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
Follow all safety and food handling procedures while working in sub-zero temperatures.
Wear always required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
Previous warehouse or freezer experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in cold temperatures (down to -10°F) for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity goals.
Capable of lifting to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
Reliable attendance and teamwork skills.
