About the role

Overview As Manager, Marketing Analytics & Performance Optimization, you will own measurement, analysis, and continuous improvement of marketing performance across programs, channels, and investments. You’ll turn data into decisions, establish a disciplined performance framework, and improve funnel conversion and campaign impact to demonstrate marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and manage internal and external analytics resources to optimize spend and outcomes. This role blends hands-on analysis with strategic guidance for marketing leadership and will be measured by ROI, attribution quality, and adoption of insights. Compensation / Benefits Remote or hybrid work environment Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Unlimited PTO401k match Wellness program Career development resources Responsibilities Define and maintain marketing KPIs, funnel definitions, attribution logic, reporting standards, and performance benchmarks Build and maintain Hub Spot dashboards for day-to-day visibility into campaign performance Analyze funnel performance from inquiry to revenue stages and identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities Develop recurring executive and channel-level performance reports with insights and recommended actions Partner with campaign, digital, content, field, partner, and sales teams to translate data into optimization plans Develop hypotheses and manage testing across landing pages, nurture streams, audiences, messaging, and channel investments Evaluate marketing ROI, CAC, pipeline quality, and revenue impact to inform budget shifts Improve data quality, taxonomy, source tracking, UTM standards, and CRM fields for consistent reporting Create segment- and account-level analyses to support ABM, industry campaigns, and partner motions Conduct post-campaign and post-event analyses, documenting results and lessons learned Serve as trusted advisor to marketing leadership on what happened, why, and next steps Manage external analytics or agency resources and mentor analysts as the team grows Key requirements 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, revenue operations, demand generation analytics, digital analytics, or business intelligence Experience measuring B2B marketing performance across a multi-channel environment Strong understanding of B2B funnel stages, lead management, pipeline creation, attribution, and revenue measurement Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Hub Spot)Familiarity with web analytics, campaign tracking, UTM governance, and digital conversion measurement Strong communication and presentation skills for executives, marketers, and sales stakeholders Comfort working with imperfect data and improving measurement processes over time Clearly communicates insights to diverse audiences Collaboration across marketing, sales, and operations Strategic thinking with data-driven decision making Excel (advanced)Power BI, Tableau, Looker (BI/visualization)Hub Spot and Microsoft Dynamics 365
