How You'll Make an Impact:
- Plan and coordinate testing activities based on engineering and customer requirements
- Execute and oversee product testing to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Analyze test data, document results, and prepare detailed reports
- Investigate test failures and perform root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards (IEC, IEEE, ISO)
- Maintain and manage test equipment, including calibration and proper usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in quality and performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize testing processes
- Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing or quality within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of testing standards and regulatory requirements (IEC, IEEE, ISO)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting of test results
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct failure analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
