About the role

To develop and grow the restoration capability within the AIR practice, the full-time Senior Remediation Specialist will manage client recovery efforts post-incident, including threat actor removal, system rebuilding, and coordination with legal and insurance representatives. Key responsibilities: Support the development of proposals and statements of work for client engagements Deploy client-side data collection solutions and forensic tools to assist in incident recovery Lead technical efforts to remove threats and restore client systems to operational capacity Required qualifications: More than 10 years of experience in IT, Network, or Cloud Engineering roles Relevant academic degree and certifications such as CISM or CISSP (or commitment to obtain within 12 months) Experience with disaster recovery planning and enterprise recovery projects Proficiency in VMware/Hyper-V, AWS/Azure/GCP recovery, and associated backup tools Knowledge of network security tools and incident response methodologies
