About the role

Midwest Management LLC is seeking a Cultivation Technician to support daily cultivation and harvest operations in a regulated facility. You will follow SOPs, maintain logs, and assist with planting, trimming, and room checks. The role requires high attention to detail, dependable attendance, and the ability to stand long hours. Experience with METRC is a big plus; previous cultivation or horticulture experience is preferred but not required.
