About the role
Supporting a high-performing sales team, the full-time Client Development Specialist will assist with client onboarding, sales documentation, CRM coordination, and client communication in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
Assist with client onboarding, sales documentation, and CRM updates to ensure accurate records and efficient workflows
Prepare and manage sales proposals, Statements of Work, and related documentation while coordinating with sales representatives
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, responding to inquiries and ensuring alignment on next steps
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
2-4 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or client service roles
Familiarity with CRM and workflow systems, such as Salesforce, Apollo, and QuickBase
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Interest in developing sales knowledge and client-facing skills for potential growth into direct sales roles
