Annual Church Profile CallerThe NC Baptist family is a mission-driven team that pursues excellence to help local North Carolina Baptist churches accomplish more together for God's kingdom. N.C. Baptists partner to take the gospel of Jesus to all the nations. As a member of our team, you help resource and mobilize local churches in becoming a movement of churches on mission together. We're looking for a friendly, dependable team player who communicates clearly to join our Marketing & Communications Group as a temporary non-exempt Annual Church Profile Caller. On mission together, to help NC Baptist churches stay connected and engaged with the Annual Church Profile (ACP) in a manner that honors Christ. As the Annual Church Profile Caller, you will make outreach calls to churches using a provided script to remind them that the ACP opens January 1, answer basic questions, and gather any questions that need follow-up from Convention staff. Requirements and Responsibilities High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, phone outreach, or church ministry is preferred. Friendly and personable, comfortable speaking with people by phone. Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
