Job Title: Chief of Staff to Co-CEO of BGC and COO of FMX
Location: New York, New York (On-Site)

We are seeking a highly capable Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic right hand to the Co-CEO of BGC and COO of FMX. This individual will operate at the intersection of two dynamic, high-growth organizations, driving cross-functional execution, streamlining decision-making, and ensuring alignment on the highest-priority strategic initiatives across both entities.
Responsibilities: •Advise and support the Co-CEO of BGC and COO of FMX on strategic priorities, helping synthesize information and drive decisions across both organizations•Coordinate cross-functional execution of key initiatives, tracking deliverables and ensuring accountability•Prepare briefing materials and analyses for board meetings, executive sessions, and investor engagements•Serve as a liaison between the Co-CEO/COO and senior leaders across BGC and FMX, ensuring alignment and follow-through•Lead special projects in corporate strategy, operational efficiency, new business development, and BGC/FMX integration•Manage executive meeting cadence, agendas, and action items•Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making•Represent the Co-CEO/COO in meetings as needed, acting with authority and discretion Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred•7+ years of experience in financial services, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field•Prior chief of staff or senior strategy experience supporting C-suite executives strongly preferred•Financial services experience required; brokerage, exchange, or fintech background strongly preferred•Strong strategic planning, executive communication, cross-functional coordination, and analytical skills•High discretion, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Compensation: Base salary range: $200k–$250k, determined on an individualized basis considering skills, experience, education, and applicable certifications. This position is eligible for a competitive benefits package and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives.
