About the role
- Enter and process daily trucking tickets, including applicable pricing information
- Maintain accurate and organized ticket documentation and records.
- Provide required ticket documentation to the Billing team.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information and coordinate with the appropriate team members to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with document requests and audits as needed.
- Run and maintain reports as requested.
- Route incoming calls or questions to the appropriate department or team member when needed.
- Support other ticket-processing and document-control needs related to Trucking operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on outstanding items
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Self-starter who can use discernment to initiate tasks and problem solve
- Must work well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and team members
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Must be Legally authorized to work in the United States
