About the role

Role: Senior Scientist II in Computational Chemistry leading drug discovery programs within a biopharma focused on RAS-addicted cancers. Responsibilitiesdesign and execute computational strategies for hit identification and lead optimization, integrate SAR, structural biology, and ADME/PK data to inform compound prioritization, develop virtual screening workflows, evaluate advanced computational methods including physics-based modeling and AI/ML, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to accelerate therapeutic development.
Requirements: Ph. D. in computational chemistry or related field; 5+ years industry experience with impactful contributions to drug discovery, including publications and patents; expertise in protein-ligand analysis, molecular modeling, MD simulations, QM calculations, and relevant software; proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Bash, or R; excellent communication skills. Preferredexperience with challenging modalities like macrocycles, molecular glues, covalent ligands, HPC/cloud environments, and a strong publication record. High-Value Oncology focus, RAS pathway, small molecules, early to late-stage (preclinical to clinical), computational drug design, interdisciplinary collaboration. Work Setup: Not specified.
